"Ordering was easy"
I ordered some supplies from PTO Today the checkout process was simple. I’m always a little nervous ordering from a site I haven’t used much because I worry I’m going to get fooled or end up with a hassle, but everything went fine. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but the items arrived in good shape.

I went to an event through PTO Today it was kind of a mess. The info came out late, the tables were confusing, and when I tried to ask questions, I kept getting transferred around like nobody knew who was supposed to help. It just felt unorganized from start to finish...

"Really helpful for our PTO planning"
I’ve used this a few times when I was stuck trying to pull together school event plans for our PTO, and it’s been a big help. I found useful forms, ideas, and examples that gave me a solid place to start instead of building everything from scratch. Not every resource fit our group perfectly, but there was enough good stuff to save me time and help me feel more organized. It’s also easy to browse, which I appreciated when I was short on time...

"Mostly okay, but I’m not totally sold"
PTO Today has been reliable overall, but I’ve run into a few times where the info felt a little outdated or not super easy to verify. I still use it and trust it to a point, but I’m not fully convinced yet. If that doesn’t improve, I could see myself moving on and looking for another resource

"I ordered a few things i’m disappointed..."
I ordered a few things i’m disappointed. The quality just wasn’t where I expected it to be for the price. A couple of items felt cheap right out of the package, and after barely using them, they already seemed like they weren’t going to last. Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but it’s frustrating to be dealing with the same kind of issue again. I really wanted these to work out, but I probably won’t order the same items again.

"I was disappointed with ptotoday.com. For what..."
I was disappointed with ptotoday.com. For what we paid, it felt overpriced, and a lot of the information seemed like stuff you could literally find for free with a quick search elsewhere.
Maybe it makes more sense for larger PTO groups, but for our smaller one, it just didn’t feel like a good value. I expected more helpful tools or support for the price, so we won’t be renewing.
